Uptown Pizza

The whole experience was horrible. The pizza was pretty good, but the service was completely horrible. The garlic cheese bread was completely burnt and everything was overpriced for the awful service they provide. When calling to complain about the burnt cheese bread, they basically said we were lying. We offered to bring it back, so they could see how badly burnt it was and they said no. They didn't replace nor refund and were incredibly rude to include the manager. Their customer service is more than lacking and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you have no problems, their pizza is actually pretty good although overpriced, but for the service you get, I will never go back and wouldn't recommend any of my friends to go there. I would actually recommend against going there. You can get just as good of pizza from Justa Pizza Place, and their service is 100 times better!
