The existing chimney liner cracked. We called for an estimate, and Fred was quick to respond and visit to provide an estimate. When we informed him of our decision to proceed, he ordered the materials for the job and worked us in as soon as they arrived. They reported to do the job when they said they would, and it went quickly and efficiently. They also did a great job of cleanup.
