An employee was helping us by himself until we decided to buy the 2007 Chevy Equinox, then the owner, Don, came out and was very involved in the sale. We asked them about a tire valve that wouldn't work so Don drove the vehicle into the shop while we stayed in the office doing paperwork. Ten minutes later he came back in and said he replaced it with a new one for us. We thanked him, finished paperwork and left. Two days later we noticed that same tire was low so when we checked it we couldn't get air in it because the valve was still broke, he never fixed it. We took it into Walmart and they replaced it but it cost us about $50 because it's somehow connected to the sensor inside, thanks Don. We haven't had a problem with it since then and it has been three and a half months.
Also, two weeks after buying it the heater stopped working as well as it should, very little heat. We took it to their shop and was charged $120 for them to flush the heater hose out.
Someone told me not to buy a vehicle from Don's but I didn't listen, I wish I had. I highly suggest you don't take a chance on buying a vehicle here, you might end up with a decent one but you might not and any man that does business like that is out in my book.
