We had our yard sprayed. I tried to tell the worker what to spray and he wasn't trying to understand me. They sprayed around a group of trees in our yard instead of going into them. Our kids like to play in them and we wanted them covered as well. The first time it rained we had to have them come back. All seemed ok. We had a huge party of July 4th, every single person was just swarmed and left here bite up. Of course we had a little bug spray here but no candles or fogger because we assumed we would be good. I have asked for a full refund and have yet to see it (a week later now). We were told we should have called if we were having a party but I was never told I had to do this. She also stated in her email due the rain it's been a hard year to keep up. It has not been an overly rainy year.
