Dale and his crew re-roofed the house we live in about 5 years ago when my mother still owned it. Since then we purchased it from her. Since then, shingles have been falling off the west face of our roof. We called the insurance company, thinking it was wind damage. The insurance adjuster showed us that the shingles were improperly installed and were basically just sitting on our roof, waiting to slide off. Now we have to pay to have the whole side re-done.
