After fighting with our old water softener we decided to bite the bullet and call Culligan. We didn't have the cash to get a new one outright so after hearing other local reviews thought we would give Culligan of Tomah a try for renting the softener. The salesman came out first and did a water test. He was very personable, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was upfront about the test - told us which areas were ok and what was not so good with our water. He did pitch the reverse osmosis water drinking machine but because of our sink setup it really wouldn't work at this time. Again, he wasn't pushy at all with it and because of that we will be using them again soon to get the drinking machine once we correct our sink setup. About a week later the installer showed up right on time and got right to work. It took about an hour and before he left he gave me a tutorial on the softener. He also was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. All in all a GREAT experience!
