Flannery Plumbing & Heating

1. At our first meeting Flannery said he ordered plumbing supplies from Ferguson which we had dealt with before when we built a home in Milw area. He said he would give us a 20% discount off the list price which is what we had received before also. We made our selections for our total remodel project. We told Flannery that we were going to do this in phases and instructed him to order the tub, shower head and 2 toilets for phase one. The first bill listing fixtures had the kitchen sink on it and only a 10% discount. We didnt know what color our countertop was going to be so that was not to be ordered yet. Flannery wouldn't return the sink without charging us for restocking fee and said he couldn't give more than the 10% off. Since there was a 50% chance we would use that color sink we decided to wait until we knew for sure. 2. The tub didn't work because only one plug was plugged in. The electrician trouble shooting found the second plug wrapped up in the rim from shipping, which meant Flannery didn't test both pumps at installation. We had to argue with Flannery to pay the electrician which he authorized to check it out. 3. The old toilets were removed by the flooring people so Flannery only had to install the 2 new toilets. We were billed for 3 1/2 hrs for one and 2 hrs for the other. The flooring people said there was no significant difference between the two holes for the toilets and other plumbers have said it should only take 1/2 hr to 1 1/2 hrs if there were complications. We deducted only 1 hr / $75.00 off the last bill and sent a letter stating why and offered to discuss it further. He never called. 4. When the countertop was selected and we needed a different color sink, Flannery would not authorize and exchange with Ferguson. Ferguson stated since the order went through Flannery they couldn't do an exchange without their approval but would be happy to sell me another one at a so called discount. That discount was more than the same one priced out at Lowes...
