Art's roofing wasn't the lowest bid, however I awarded him the contact after the lowest bid came in. I told that contractor I had already given my word to Art even though no contract was signed...it's all about one's word. Art is a man of few words. No frills or fancy speech. I gave him half down and in two weeks he started the job....a very difficult one. He finished in about a week, and stayed on task to it's completion. His job sight was always organized and clean. His finished work was the best I've ever seen with technique and style very rarely used in roofing because of the added time it requires. He plowed through all the problems that arose, fixed what needed fixing, and charged very little for the extra work. He is what he says..."Art's Roofing, 35 years experience." Honest, forthright,and trustworthy is how I describe him
