Came twice at end of day. However, came several hours after service window quoted by KitchenAid, but he did come even though it was later than typical work hours. He did not call me; I had to call him to find out why he was late. I had taken off work to be home during quoted hours. Repair sufficient. Company did not supply manual to him. He had to use my private home wireless network and was still unable to access document. Had to order parts and come back. Was on time for second visit. Friendly. I'm not sure that it was his fault he could not come on time for the first visit...some of the blame may be KitchenAid's.

The work was handled promptly, He noticed some failing mounts which he replaced and he installed a missing hose protector
