I have never had a problem with him, he is honest and fair, He is a good guy.

All Care was here and completed the job in an efficient manner. I was away when they arrived. They left the yard so neat and clean that I had hardly knew that they came. Thank you.

All Care cut the tree down and didn't leave a mess in the yard. They cut the trunk and thicker branches into firewood lengths and left them on the lawn as I asked. I would use them again.

I was impressed by the efficiency of the work crew, and their willingness to listen to my suggestions; their response was reassuring and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Only problem is that they were to leave the tree as firewood, which they did not do, but agree to drop off firewood from another tree removal project. They have not yet done this.

I sent an e-mail on Saturday and had a response waiting for me on my office phone before I got in Monday morning. Was kept informed of progress made on the project. Trees were cut to my satisfaction and they did not leave any debris on the yard.

They called a few minutes after receiving my request, submitted a good bid and promptly completed the job as requested.

The removal of 3 tree stubs was great! The difficulty came just in scheduling. When I first contacted them they said they would be out the following week. That week came and I called midweek when I hadn't heard from them. They said they would come out on Thurs or Friday but would call before they came. Friday afternoon I had to call again because I hadn't heard from anyone. I wasn't on the schedule which was disappointing, however they did squeeze me in that afternoon. Thus they made good on what they said I just had to call more than I would have liked. The whole time they were very pleasant to work with.

The had the lowest estimate, and one that I felt was in line, and did exactly what I wanted without any problems. They have good equipment and know what they are doing. They also don't ask for any payment at all until the job is done and the customer is satisfied. A rare pleasure to deal with a company that is very service oriented and isn't trying to get rich on every job.

Overall I was happy with the quality of work. I was surprised to see how they left the apple tree laying all over my deck in the back yard. I realize I contracted for cutting the tree and removing the stump without the tree being removed, but I didn't realize they would leave it laying on the deck the way they did.

Called us immediately after our request was submitted. Was able to give us a ballpark date of stump removal. When they arrived they worked quickly and efficiently taking care of our stumps. Friendly to talk to with great customer service. We would definitely recommend their services to others in the market for stump removal.
