Mike was responsive, came and assessed the repair, made himself available to do the repair quickly. The cost was higher than others who quoted (but they were out a week ). So you pay for the response time. Thanks Mike.

Mike replied within an hour to my HomeAdvisor online request. Within 3 hours, the water heater was installed. I had one quote that was less and two others that were higher. None of the other companies were able to come out the same day.
