FINANCING AND THEN RE-FINANCING WAS, TO BE BLUNT, A TOTAL JOKE. THEY ARE TOTALLY DISORGANIZED AND UNCARING ABOUT ME ONCE I SIGNED UP. THEY WERE WRONG ABOUT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT COST, PMI INSURANCE PAYMENT AND REQUIREMENT, FIRST PAYMENT DUE DATE, AUTO DEDUCTION FOR PAYMENTS, OUT OF POCKET LAST MINUTE ADDITIONAL FEE AND OTHER ITEMS TO NUMEROUS TO MENTION. THIS BAD SERVICE WAS NOT ONLY AT THE MILWAUKEE OFFICE, BUT AN APPLETON WI OFFICE AND AT THEIR NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. I WAS CONSTANTLY LIED TO AND GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. I WAS TOLD TO CALL HERE AND THERE AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS, NO ONE!!!! EVER CALLED ME BACK. DOING BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY ON ANY LEVEL. I WOULDN'T GET A MORTGAGE FROM THEM AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.
