We originally got 3 bids to reside our house due to hail damage. We chose Midwest Building Services because they had the best price and the best quality products. Gary gave us different options of materials, and provided us with his previous job sites for references and to compare different looks of siding. Gary and his crew started July 11th with the compete tearoff of the roof. His crew were very easy to work with, answering any questions that would come up. His crew was always puncutual, courteous and would clean up every night. They would be mindful of closing gates since we had two, and sometimes 4 dogs to take care of. We had the most interaction with Jim who specialized in doing the trim work. Jim did a fantastic job taking care that every detail looked aesthetically pleasing. He went way beyond just "doing his job". Gary the owner of the company,was easy to communicate with either by phone or in person. He made sure to check up on the site work every few days, even putting in time to help his crew do the work. They took the time to do superior quality work. Our house looks brand new again after 27 years. thanks to Midwest Building Services. We would'nt hesitate using them again or referring them to other homeowners.

The experience went very well. He was the only one that would come out and do a bid. He was here on time and was the most reasonable. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. The people were here when he said they would be. We didn't have to move or clean anything when they did the windows. They did everything.

THIS WORK WAS DONE IN TWO INSTALLMENTS. THE FACIA AND SOFFITS WERE INSTALLED FIRST AND SEVERAL WEEKS LATER THE GUTTERS WERE REPLACED, WHICH MET WITH OUR NEEDS. THE WORK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A SMALL GLITCH (LAWN ORNAMENT GOT BROKEN, BUT WAS REPLACED), I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY WERE USED BY SOMEONE I WORK WITH AND CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. OUR HOUSE LOOKS GREAT!
