I had a simple question about my invoice (being higher than) the contracted rates. My rep refused to answer the question nor would she itemize the charges. Corporate does not return calls. They dumped debris on my neighbor's property. At times, some workers milling around not working. Disappointing!

Keith was amazing from conceptualizer ion through implementation. I am a particularly fussy person and he was there to respond to every question and concern during the whole project. It finally all came together this spring, and we are amazed how well it turned out! It exceeded all our expectations.
Only negative is there was some damage to the driveway during the major construction phase, but they are working with us to resolve.

Expensive and unresponsive. Does not accepts responsibility for their own poor decisions re lawn install and maintenance. Expects you to pay for their mistakes. Lawn has looked terrible each season since install and they assume no responsibility for it. Worst experience I have ever had with a lawn maintenance company. Many competitors, go elsewhere.

"This lawn was installed as part of a large, new home construction landscape development. The seeded lawn was installed in early fall 2010; photographs of the project show excellent germination. Photographs of the lawn in 2011 show a reasonably healthy, viable lawn - typical results for a first year lawn. The lawn declined in 2012 due to a lack of water which was the customer's responsibility. Several attempts were made by LandWorks' staff to emphasize the importance of adequately watering a seeded lawn, particularly in drought conditions. Due to insufficient watering, which was solely the responsibility of the customer, the lawn succumbed to the drought of 2012 - one of the worst droughts in Wisconsin history. For the 15 years in business, LandWorks has stood behind our work, with owners personally involved in the amicable resolution of any workmanship disputes. To say the viability of the above lawn is the "responsibility" of the contractor is inaccurate and unjust."

It's been very good. I have no complaints except our weeds are coming back. We've always had a problem with weeds; they're hard to get rid of. The workers are very clean. They come when they say they'll come. Their quiet and clean.

Overall, it was very good. They were very timely and everything was very good. We could negotiate with them on the price at that time since it was summer but we are not sure if it could be done now. We were very happy with them.
