Larry is great.  He installed the tv antenna himself.  I get all the major tv channels and several pbs stations -- about 30 channels total with no static. Good-bye to tele-cable.  I have referred many friends to him.

Larry showed up on time, toured the house and basement where the work was to be done, quietly and effeciently went about his business and two hours later he was done. Great job!

Arrived early, very polite and knowledgeable in what he was doing. He even set up the tv's for the channels that I would be receiving, adding channels that I could get, deleting the ones that had changed over. Felt sorry for him in fact that he had to get up on a ladder on a very extremely windy day to install the antenna. One of the channels wasn't coming in very clearly that day, explained it could be because of the wind. He told me if it didn't come in better later on he would come back out and resolve the problem free of charge. The wind died down that channel came in very clear. I wish all installers of anything had this work ethic

Larry was early, and while I was on a work conference call, did a survey of the work required, and then waited for me to finish to confirm that everything was as I required. He did a really excellent job of not only installing and setup, but explaining how to eventually move all the hook-ups around when our cable TV was switched off. He even did a quick run through of the channels you could get from the antenna, and provided a nice little cheat sheet of those channels. Now, I'm very tech savvy, so the information was fairly self explanatory for me, but I could see how this would greatly benefit someone less technical, and I could tell he would be very patient with the average client, and is certainly not a contractor that would sell you something you don't need. He was very friendly, and answered any questions I had, and I would highly recommend him for any TV antenna jobs. The job ended up costing less than I (and he) expected!

Very well- kind, professional man returned our intial phone call and scheduled at our first available date. He was able to locate existing wiring for some locations and add as needed to provide service to 4 rooms we requested. When he was finished we had clear TV reception for all the Milwaukee channels and some from Madison. We had not had any reception and were concerned about an ugly exterior antenna. The work was clean and left us simply with jacks to plug in for each room.

The person arrived promptly, and was friendly, helpful and had a nice sense of humor. He advised us on where to put the antenna and how it would be hooked up. He installed it quickly and effectively. After it was installed, we checked the TV and he made minor adjustments to the antenna placement (in the attic) for a clearer picture. He then spent time introducing us to the various channels we now had available to us, and showed us how we could find an indication of the signal strength on our TV. This was very helpful. He asked if we wanted an e-mail list of channels and a copy of his newsletter, which he sent later that day. His newsletter contained lots of valuable information. He stated that if there was any problem with reception to call and he would come and adjust it. After doing this, we realized it was an extremely good use of our money, because all our channels come in completely (and consistently) clear and we have many new channels.

The experience went extremely well. We are very pleased with the service. He arrived 10 minutes early and immediately diagnosed our problem. He went the "extra mile" to help us learn more about the new digital tuner and the digital TV channels. He was extremely knowledgeable about the antenna, rotor and TV channels. Due to his schedule and ours - it was about 3-4 weeks from the time we called him until the appointment. It was well worth the wait. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I was so impressed with this companies customer service. He stayed until the picture was perfect. He explained very thoroughly how to use the new system. He quoted me a charge up to $400 but he had to stay extra long (3 hours) and the billing would have been higher but he still charged me the quoted $400.00. He arrived on time for the appointment and was very neat in his work. He was very personable and a pleasure to have in my home. The antenna are working perfectly.

He came over, and in an hour and a half we were getting reception from our TV. We were very satisfied with his service. Matter of fact, we hired him to install an antennae in our church as well.

Kemmer TV was recommended by a Milwaukee area television engineer. Larry returned my phone call, gave all cost details over the phone and appeared exactly on time. The work was completed efficiently despite a very hot day in the attic. Larry showed me features on my HD set that I did not know about and gave an overview of the broadcast channels available in Milwaukee area. We now have excellent digital/HD reception from an antenna in our attic. The price was was expected. A worthwhile investment for anyone who wants the high quality of HD and digital television without cable costs and cable's somewhat compromised picture quality.
