John was very prompt and got things done quickly. He found an electrician, plumber, and HVAC person at short notice. I also asked him to install new baseboards, doors, and microwave, which were not included in the original plan, and he fit it all in right away, which I really appreciated. His original estimate was accurate, but I feel he was very vague on the costs of the additional work, and so I was quite surprised at the final amount. In retrospect, I think his price was fair, but I think we should have communicated about it better.

JOHN WAS REFERRED TO US AND WE KNOW HE HAS A GROWING WORD-OF-MOUTH FOLLOWING. HE PUTS TOGETHER A TEAM OF QUALITY CONTRACTORS TO COMPLETE PROJECTS (CARPENTERS, BRICK-LAYERS, ETC.) - A RESULT OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. THE ONLY SUGGESTION I HAVE IS TO COMMUNICATE THE DESIGN OF YOUR PROJECT WELL TO BE SURE YOU ARE BOTH ON THE SAME PAGE. HE PRODUCED EXACTLY WHAT WE ASKED OF HIM.
