My lawn mower would run for a few seconds and stall. I figured it was time for a tune up and oil change, as the mower was about 8 yrs old and had never been serviced. I called Jeffers early on a Sunday morning and they said to bring it in any time. Someone met me at the door and immediately performed a few diagnostic tests. He was very helpful and informative. It turns out that something was clogging the carburetor (?) and he was able to dislodge it right there. They charged me nothing for this service and said it probably didn't need a tune up either. From the time I called, to the time I returned home with a repaired mower was about 20 minutes.
