Specializing in, but not limited to: retrofitting fixtures in existing walls and ceilings; lights, outlets, fans, etc with minimal or no drywall/plaster damage. Hourly rate $125.00, Free estimates. If dis-assembly of components is required for an estimate and/or confined space entry is required(aka,crawl spaces,attics)for estimate then hourly rate will apply. Dan is a master electrician and his rate is very reasonable. He is easy to talk to and responded to our inquiry very quickly. He didn't talk much when he was working. But his work was beautifully done and left our place clean. One of the recessed light he installed periodically flicking after several days. We contacted him and he came quickly to fix it. It wasn't the problem of installation, but a defect housing can. We will definitely hire him again in the future.

Overall, I would highly recommend Intrinsic Energy, LLC for any electrical work that needs to be done.  The owner is a certified master electrician that takes pride in the work he does.  No cutting corners, every last conduit bend is done flawlessly.  I have recommended them to others who have had the same experience.  Dan will work with you to go over exactly what is wanted and what it will cost to make that happen, as well as provide all options as far as upgrades or areas where money could be saved.  There are no high pressure upsells and the work is done to a very high standard.  I know for future projects that I have, I will be enlisting their services moving forward.
