Multiple calls with mixed up information. Roofers did a good job,worked quickly and efficiently. Sealed before rains. Cleaned up well.

I would rehire Exterior Pro for any remodeling needed. Professionalism is fantastic. Stephanie and Susan are the best office personnel I have worked with from any company. The knowledge the staff and contractors are great. They had previously finished a bathtub to shower remodel and was in and out in less time than expected and love it as well as my new windows. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was Great. Justin, our sales rep, spent time explaining their products and process, he was honest with cost and even suggested a more cost effective window. Carl was our installer, he was prompt and professional, explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had while he was there. When complete, you couldnâ t tell that any work had been done, that is how clean my living room looked, and my new picture window looked amazing! My husband and I will definitely be hiring Exterior Pros for more projects we have within our home.

Everything from start to finish was smooth, quick, and painless. Everything in the initial inspection was explained clearly, they were able to come back and speak with the insurance adjuster as well. The supplies were delivered on time and placed on the driveway out of the way. The crew completed the job quickly and did a very thorough cleaning up at the end of the day and after the project. Payment was simple and they were able to work with my insurance company for payment. Overall the entire experience was great.

Exterior Pros did a complete tear down and replacement of my roof. The process leading up to the job was very straightforward. The team was exceptionally responsive to any questions that I had come up. They articulated my options very well. In my situation, my home owners insurance was involved. Exterior Pros helped me navigate through working with them. The completion of the work was pretty smooth. They were in and out in two days. They handled the cleanup.

Initial meeting went great. Customer representative was knowledgeable and friendly. Due to volume of business in the area due to storm damage, Christopher call to insure us that he was running late & would let us know when he was on his way & he was true to his word. The crew supervisor was at our home at 6:45 am & work started promptly at 7am. They were friendly & happy bunch of guys. They were very conscious of plants & bushes around the house. Once the roof was complete, you would never had known they were here. Every piece of paper & roofing nail was cleaned up. Exceptional job! 5 stars!

This company should not be in the bathroom business. after having a shower installed the work was terrible. At least the owner agreed and hired an independent contractor to tear the whole thing out and start over. This project went on for weeks. I had to find and buy my own shower door as the company only had cheap ones. Buyer Beware!!
