Walstrom Heating and Air Conditioning

Joe showed up immediately after we called. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He looked things over carefully, explained what needed to be done, gave us an approximate price and told us when they could do it. We decided to hire them. He said he could begin the next day since it was end of October and our old furnace had stopped working completely but said it would be the following day before he could get the new furnace in. I came home from work the next day expecting to find the old furnace partially dismantled. To my surprise the new furnace was in and running. Everything was cleaned up and all the old furnace and parts had been hauled away. It was wonderful and the cost ended up being slightly less than the price he quoted...always a plus. I would hire this company again any day and would give them 100% recommendation to anyone needing work on their furnace.

Each employee that I talked to was friendly and professional. I had to change the date and time and they were very accommodating. They promptly checked out the unit, talked to me about what my concerns were, and worked quickly to fix it.

I newly purchased the house (date of work indicated is very approximate - told that the heating plant was three years old) that I live in and noticed that the tap water temperature was 160 degrees. I had no idea who installed the plant (not indicated on the plant itself) but discovered through some detective work that the plant was installed by Walstrom Heating and A/C. The plumber, who is Triangle Tube certified, that came out to remedy the problem said that the plant was installed incorrectly and should have installed a temperature dampening valve so that tap temperature was no warmer than about 120 while the water for heating the base board water heaters is maintained (in season) at about 170.
