If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend brought my car there to get the oil done. It was past due and so it clearly needed to be done. Well as soon as he got there with my vehicle, they made him feel immediately judged due to the fact that my tabs are expired and the oil change was past due. No one brings their vehicle in to get judged, only to be fixed. And there was absolutely no reason for him to explain to them why my oil was past due or why my tabs were expired, frankly it's none of their business. I have my reasons and those reasons do not need to be explained. So aside from them immediately judging him for my vehicle, they did a **** job at changing my pil. They ****** up on it and and if I would have waited any longer to go into another shop my engine would have been completely ******. Pete's employees clearly did not care about my safety or my vehicle. My friend then asked if they would check on a couple extra things to make sure everything was okay, and they downright told him no. Did not give any reasons why, just no. So after having to get my car fixed elsewhere for THEIR **** up, my friend went back to Pete's to let them know what happened and get a refund because it was clearly handled horribly. Pete himself gave my friend a refund just for the bill that the other place charged us and then told him he didn't want him "profiting" from the situation and refused to give a full refund. The fact that they ****** up and were rude should have been reason enough to get our money back. They left my car in worse condition than it came in and still refused to give a full refund. I will never bring my vehicle here again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service and terrible owner.

oil change they were prompt, and checked and topped off all fluids.

I have known him all my life. His prices are average and he always gets me in. He does a very good job.
