 + 0 moreI did 2 mortgages on two properties with Tom Mullin at the Hermantown branch last summer, including a refi. Tom is the best. He was clear on what documents he needed up front, kept me in the loop during the underwriting process, and closed on both loans on time and with great interest rates. I like that the underwriting decision was made locally, where they know the neighborhoods and think of customers as neighbors, not numbers. Will use Tom Mullin at NBC for my next purchase.
