Timely service...my gutters don't catch water anymore. John has a short fuse at times....very to the point if you know what I mean.

This was a big project with some additions and changes that I requested as the work was in progress. I drew a crude drawing of what I expected/wanted in a new deck and John was able to install exactly what I requested. The start date was pushed back a few times due to weather and other projects that needed finishing from the year before due to the difficult winter we had. John's quote was close to what I paid with an additional charge due to some additional work I requested once the deck was underway. His crew showed up on time each morning and worked through all types of weather to complete a deck that I was able to enjoy for a month or so before putting the deck furniture away and getting ready for the winter months. I look forward to using my new deck next year and also the additions that I will eventually ask John and his crew to build on in the next few construction years. I have had John Jones construction do work for me the past few years (once to install a new metal roof and once to install a new overhead garage door and now my new deck) and each time I have been completely and utterly satisfied with their work, professionality and cost. I have referred them to others and they are currently in the process of replacing a bow window at my mothers home!! I wouldn't refer them to my mother if I wasn't sure they would do a great job for her!! Please consider them for you next job!!

They did a great job. They provided a fair and reasonable estimate and completed the job within that estimate. They completed the job quickly - started and completed in one day. They picked up all debris and left the area clean. I would recommend them.

John Jones and company were incredible to work with from initial quote to finished project. John and his crew were professional, personable, tidy and just an overall great experience. John quoted our job and was able to have material delivered approximately a week later and began the work the following week. John was at the job site everyday with his crew but during his occassional absence his crew maintained their professionality and work ethic throughout the job. In the four days they were on site, our home and yard was left in pristine condition at the end of each day, even the sub-contractor (Veit garbage dumpster hauler) was very professional and consulted with us for the best location to leave the dumpster during the job - i.e. most convenient for workers and not interferring with our daily routine. During the process we noticed that our chimmney needed painting so I asked John if I picked up some paint if his crew would spray it while they were up there - I received a definate yes and before the next work day ended it was done! I had a few additional items to place in the dumpster and his crew even assisted with lifting these items into the crate to be hauled away - above and beyond the job they were hired to do. Our house and garage look terrific and the value of our property has increased due to the excellant work performed by John Jones Construction. This is an incredible company to work with and should I ever have any additional construction needs......John Jones Construction will be the FIRST and only person I call.

We found their initial appointment professional and subsequent work to be of high standards. He was able to demonstrate previous metal roof work, and clearly understood the method of installation. The cost did not include product, which we purchased independently. Our roof was not a tear down but metal/steel over 1 layer. It required placement over three different pitches, and work around skylights. They arrived at agreed time and roof was completed in timely manner. This roof was well done with multiple (+) comments from others about their work. The area was cleaned daily, and care was taken in placement of ladders around brick planters. The workers were professional and John Johnson, readily responded to one area that required some additional attention a few weeks later. I would have no difficulty in recommending his company.

He forgot to tell his foreman that I wanted a ridge vent so I didn't get that. They left early on a friday, leaving my yard a total mess. I got a bill the next monday wanting payment even though the job was obviously not complete. When I confronted the owner about the incomplete work he stated he "drove by" to make sure the dumpster was gone and sent out the bill then. He obviously was lying since the dumpster was still there an entire week later. Before I payed the final bill I had to call them back out to nail down 40' of flashing that was forgotten, and some shingles there were under a dormer overhang they described as "hard to get at" they fixed those problems. Now I am waiting for him to send a paid invoice receipt to submit to my insurance company for return on some hail damage. It has been three weeks since completion and we have contacted him multiple times requesting the receipt but have not yet received it.
