He was punctual and the work was done within two hours. He had come out earlier this summer because the lights and clocks in the master bedroom were flickering. He discovered a loose wire thingy which he simply tightened and refused to charge me for it. So I added a little extra to this check for the earlier visit.

He called and said he was sorry for the delay in getting back to me. The delay was very short amount of time. I didn't consider it a delay. He arrived, listened to my concern, and said I bet your ground fault was triggered. He located it, reset it, and then refused payment. He even had to move shelving to get to it!. I was impressed with how quick he solved the problem and his professional manner.
