"Thank you for your kind review. We appreciate our customers and your continued loyalty."
"Customer called wanting us to fix a water pipe under kitchen sink that was busted and that the utilities company was going to come and shut off their water to the house. Our tech arrived at the house and found that a water line/pipe under kitchen sink had frozen and broke. Tech cut broken pipe and installed shutoff and new pipe & fittings. The original call included labor for waiting for utility company to come back and turn water back on so tech could be sure that was the only water break. Customer called and complained about the labor. We deducted 1/2 hour for waiting for the utility company, which we still have to pay the tech for that time. We feel we were more than reasonable with the customer. We charged them $26.44 for materials and $147 (1 1/2 hrs) labor, but deducted $49 (1/2 hr). The total bill to repair frozen and broken pipe was $124.44."
"We reviewed the work order for Mr. [Member Name Removed]: the original call was for a clogged kitchen sink and the nut was cracked. Our tech snaked the kitchen drain but because there was a tee in the line he could not move the plug any futher, in order to snake line completely a clean out tee needed to be installed. The tech replaced (2) basket strainers in the kitchen sink to address the cracked nut issue. Mr [Member Name Removed] also had our tech check out his boiler. The issues that were addressed on his boiler were replacing his expansion tank and the auto air bleeder, he also needed a new Pressure & Temp gauge which the tech needed to order. The tech rescheduled with Mr. [Member Name Removed] to come back and install the clean out tee and P & T gauge. The tech returned the next week and installed the clean out tee. Again snaked out kitchen sink through clean out 25 to 30' and unplugged. Also installed new P & T gauge. Customer was present while tech was in home on both days. Customer also told tech to not worry about mess that he would take care of. Our tech's would not leave a mess otherwise. So to conclude we feel this review unfair. The work was done in May of 2015 and at no time did we receive a complaint. This customer is 1/2 hour out of the city limits, so travel time is also a factor. The invoice has $147.50 in parts and materials, $5 for the snake and $712.50 in labor for a total of $860. The labor broken down was 3 1/2 hrs @ $95/hr for the 1st trip and 4 hrs @ $95/hr on the 2nd trip."
They came back and finished up the job, poured concrete and cleaned up the mess they had made and made sure the sump pump was working as it should. they showed me what they had done when they were done and told me what I needed to know.
they only charged me $550.00 dollars for the work they did, which was awesome for me.
I would recommend them for a job like this anytime.

The plumber showed up and immediately started telling hunting stories and trying to show anyone who would look the pictures on his phone. At one point I had to tell him to get to work.
After wandering around for a while he told me he had to go to the van and get a couple tools. I noticed the van drive away, only to return 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Upon his return the plumber looked like he was high. When he got back to work he asked if he could use my tools. I told him he should have his own tools, as that is why he went to the van. He got upset and went for his own tools.
He finished moving the line and pressure checked it. I informed him that the test must be done in the presence of a city code official per the requirements of my building permit and he said and quot;it doesn't matterand quot;. When I brought this up to the code office they informed me that Belknap plumbing failed to get a building permit and he had to call them to get them to comply.
All in all the experience took 2 and a half hours with the plumber doing only 30 minutes worth of work.
We didn't receive a bill for nearly four months and we were disappointed to see the total was nearly $600 (three times the estimated amount). When I called and talked to the owner he agreed it was some sort of mistake and our next statement would reflect the ACTUAL amount due. Two months later I get another bill for $600 which prompted me to call and talk to the owner again. Once again he agreed to send another statement reflecting the $200 maximum quote. Two months later I get another bill for $600.
This has been repeating for the last year. I call him, explain myself, he never remembers our previous conversation. I have accused him several times of trying to rip me off and he states and quot;we don't do that hereand quot; I don't believe him. He wants me to have them come back and perform the pressure check in the presence of a code official and THEN we can come to an agreement on how much I should pay.
I tell him each time we talk, and quot;I will not let you back in my house until I receive a statement that accurately represents the work done for the price agreed.and quot; he agrees to send a new statement each time only to send me one for $600. It is obvious they are trying to get one over on me.
Beware of these guys, they are very unprofessional, and they will try and rip you off.
Failure to properly secure shower valve resulted in re-work. Access to rework caused distubance in adjoining bedroom closet.
Failure to route shower supply lines in an orgainzed manner resulted in inoperable shut off valve (90 degree ball valve could not be completely closed). Issue remains unresolved as of 3/14/12.
Previos shut off valves for sink and toilet were quarter turn ball valves. New shut offs installed by plumber were gated valves which over time become inoperable. Issue remains unresolved as of 3/14/12.
Plumber installed non-shielded Fernco fitting on 4 inch cast sewer stack. According to plumbing inspector, rubber fittings used above grade require metal shielding. Also, leak from toilet was thought to have occured from this rubber fitting. In an attempt to stop the leak, the metal hose clamps were re-torqued. Uncertain if manufacturer's recommended torque was exceeded. Eventually, the leak was determined to have been from the failure to install a rubber cap on the toilet drain referenced above.
