We can't say enough about how professional, responsive, and pleasant the folks at A-1 Movers were during our move. The estimator was very easy to talk to. The folks in the front office were always responsive. We received several calls to assure us that they had it all under control, and they certainly did. The move went without a hitch. The three gentlemen assigned were fun to work with and very, very concerned about the safety of our personal goods. We highly recommend A-1 Movers and are grateful for their help.

I was not too happy with them. Multiple items were broke when they moved us. They left my washer and dryer out in the rain uncovered. I was very upset with them. We had a settlement with them though but it was a fight. I would not recommend them for any reason. The things they broke were irreplaceable. They were just not professional at all.

I ended up missing at least one third of my items. They dropped my air conditioner right in from of me and never replaced it. I had a padlocked trunk full of antiques that also was dropped on the sidewalk breaking all of the items inside and the trunk as well. That was not replaced either. Some of the tote boxes arrived without covers and items missing. They refused to reimburse me for the items they broke.
