Snow Removal
I hired Simply Snow Care to take care of the snow removal in my home for the 2018-2019 season. This was a flat fee contract, with agreed upon arrival times (i.e. driveway was to be done by 7:30am and 4:30pm). The first snow fall they did not show up. The second they arrived over 9 hours late. The third he sent his wife and small children to my home at 4:30am while it was still snowing, and did not come back so I could not get into my driveway later that day. The last experience was during the largest storm of the season, where they didn't show up and didn't reach out. I terminated their services and was stuck trying to find an option at the last minute. It was obvious early on that they could not honor the contract, and I offered them an opportunity to cancel and walk away, which they refused.
