I was little bit upset about foul cost on it because they quoted me $5000 and then with some extra material which didn't sound like it was in the cost pretty much and then it has been amount $2200 than the original bid. So, I wasn't happy with their estimate between the estimate and the final cost. On the work they did a pretty good job. I wasn't happy with the final price. I would use them again.

"[removed member name], We're sorry that you feel this way about the final cost. However, when we provided you with an initial quote, it was only to build a new block retaining wall. The additional materials and labor were not part of the proposal but were added on during the block wall project, as per a conversation with Scott - such as blacktop curbing and fence installation, and it was our understanding that you did agree to those additions. Prior to you receiving any final bill, Scott did call you and explained thoroughly as to what was done. If you had a problem with the final cost, we would have gladly welcomed any concerns or issues at that time. This is the first that we have heard of this since your wall was built back in August, 2014. However, we're happy to hear that you are pleased with your wall as we have heard from other neighbors that it looks great! We hope to do business with you again."

My Nissan Xterra "Old Yellow"had not been running very well (230,000 miles) and I was going to take it to the place I have been going to for over 20 years in a few days.
Unfortunately the vehicle stalled in Cottage Grove on 4/10. I was referred to S & K by a friend and all I can say is WOW! Best customer service I have had in years! Jeremy, from S & K, picked up the vehicle and took it to his location a few miles away. They did a quick inspection then called me.
He informed me there were 3 dealer recalls (another story) he told me some of what was wrong with the vehicle. I told him I just wanted a few more months out of the vehicle.
They took the vehicle to the NIsswan dealer closest to them... they refused to fix as I would be resopnsible for any "collateral" damage they incurred while doing the recalls...so... they picked up the vehicle and took it to a Nissan dealer farther away, they also felt it was too risky to attempt to fix.
S & K again picked up and took back Old Yellow to their location where they did a full inspection and compiled a list of "must fix" if going to use and "might want to fix" if keeping.
Throughout the entire process Jeremy kept me posted and clearly informed me of the cost(s) for any repairs. He was upfront about what I needed to do to get a few more miles out of Old Yellow.
As a single woman, I have run into more than one dishonest and predatory auto repair person, my experience with S & K restored my faith in this industry.
I will go out of my way to refer people to them!
