Fantastic experience when we contacted Shawn and needed assistance swiftly to put a new roof on during a home selling process. Shawn and his crew were amazing and did everything to ensure things went off without a hitch. In fact, they went above and beyond and we couldn't be more thrilled! Not only did they deliver timely, but reasonably priced as well. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone needing any exterior work done!

David is a true professional.  Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.  I had three estimates and the product offered for the price cannot be beat.  I enjoyed working with David and the installation crews.  The other two estimates were two hours of painful sales.  David took 45 minutes to go over the product and estimate.  I would definitively recommend and use Royal Exteriors again.  Thank you for the great product.  Looks great.

Shawn the owner was very professional and personable and always on time. Set up a time for the estimate and his crew came the next weekend and completed the job in one day and clean up was the next. Very fast crew and they did excellent work.

Shawn was great to work with, he and his crew were very professional, there when they said they would be there and all around great guys. Each day before leaving, the crew made sure everything from the day was cleaned up from the days work. The new roof, soffit, fascia and gutters/downspouts make our house look great. We are very happy with the way our home looks from the work that was done. We would very much recommend Shawn and Royal Exteriors to anyone looking to have any work done on their home. It went great. The project was completed within two weeks of our first meeting.Our porch roof needed repair, which was accomplised, along with roofing the entire house, replacing all guttering, downspouts and some facia. The gutter helmet was removed, painted, and replaced. The company was very accomdating, even cancelling work one day because I had priviously made plans which included my back yard. The men who worked on the roof were friendly.

I would recommend them. They showed up when they were to show up. I would use them in the future.

We contracted Shawn (the owner of Royal Exteriors) to perform house repairs after a major hail storm. We had no prior experience with him nor any references, but he was by far the most responsive of the contractors we contacted. We met with him soon after the insurance adjuster had inspected our house and returned a settlement that would replace the shingles on our roof. He performed a detailed inspection and found much more damage. He contacted our insurance company and, they sent a second set of adjusters to confirm Shawn's findings. They agreed with everything that he found, and the settlement almost doubled, allowing us to replace our roof, siding, gutters and skylight.

Shawn met with us a few more times to help us select a color for the shingles and the siding. He was extremely helpful and responsive in this process. A couple of times, he even visited houses that we suggested to him so that he could see the and quot;lookand quot; and colors that we found attractive. He then helped us find those colors. He made many suggestions that we hadn't thought of. For example, an inexpensive addition was to add recessed lighting in the new soffit in front of our garage and over our porch. The effect is stunning and it wouldn't have happened without Shawn's suggestion.

Shawn took care of every minute detail, from caulking seams to contracting someone to replace our storm door, to running to Menards for a coupling to attach our downspout to the yard drain correctly. We didn't have to think about anything except about how we wanted our house to look. This was our first time as homeowners dealing with the insurance company and Shawn helped us a tremendous amount through this process, including advice for small details like how to process the settlement checks efficiently at the bank.

We did pay a little extra to take care of some things that weren't covered under the settlement, but we feel that he charged us a very reasonable price for these services.

Shawn always responded to our questions extremely quickly and was very accessible by phone, usually answering immediately, but if not, returning our calls within minutes.

We have been extremely happy to work with Shawn and Royal Exteriors and recommend him to anyone in the greater Madison area making repairs or remodeling.
