I'm the sole owner, I do have reasonable Hourly Rates. All work is COD, cash, or check only. Trip charge of 50 cents per mile, round trip, (Some discounts possible) and a charge for Materials. If there is something that I can't do, then a piece needs refinishing. I do have names of people I can recomend for that serv, just ask.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REPLACE WOOD PIECES, w/stained and finished with a clear top coat
