Randy extended the bedroom floor over an area that was originally open to the room below creating a large walk in closet. He removed the existing closets and moved the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. He acted as general contractor for the plumbing and electrical work, as well as doing most of the carpentry work himself. He always showed up when he said he would, did very high quality work, and is as honest as they come. We ended up with a more spacious bedroom and bathroom without enlarging the footprint of the house. The cost estimate of $5,400 is the carpentry labor Randy provided.

We are very pleased with Randy's remodel of our kitchen. He removed old cabinets, plumbing, wiring, floors, ceiling and walls. His crew rewired and re-plumbed the kitchen to our specifications. He put in new insulation, new flooring, new ceiling and walls. His electrician installed new ceiling lights and new switches per our direction. Randy installed new custom kitchen cabinets, his crew installed flooring, countertops, sink, gas lines and plumbing. Randy installed a range hood/fan and vented it up through the roof. Randy is a very talented carpenter and built our kitchen exactly as we requested, including some custom carpentry work. Some changes we made during the course of the remodel were quickly and easily accommodated. I wish I could provide before and after photos in this review.
He was prompt and professional, with the added benefit of being a nice guy to have a conversation with.

We are very pleased with the work Randy did for us and only have positive things to say about him. From the start he was very friendly, responsive, accomodating and easy to deal with. We found his initial proposal to be reasonable and any costs accrued beyond the initial proposal were at our request. He was open and clear about what he could and couldn't do. He was at our house in the morning, when he said he would be. He left at the time he said or later. When he was at the house he was working and took minimal breaks. He was meticulous with his work and it was high quality. He always cleaned up his work space before leaving. We were very comfortable having him in our home. We have a relatively young puppy and it was also important to us that he dealt with him well. We highly recommend Randy Kraemer.
