I received the 2014 Simplicity Broadmoorâ„¢ 22/44 within a week after ordering. The Turbo and Bagger came about a month later. This did not created a problem. We use the bagger for leaf racking or long grass due to periods of extended rain that would prevent us from mowing.
I also had a Toro leaf blower processed under warranty that I purchased from Home Depot in 2013. Prairie Power Center was an authorized Toro dealer, so I had them handle the return. It took weeks to get the replacement blower. Partly due to not processing the required paper work in a timely fashion. I use the Toro leaf blower with variable speed, almost daily. I was just about ready to buy a new one when Prairie Power Center called to say the replacement unity was ready to be picked up.
The cost of picking my lawn mower and returning it is pretty pricey around, but I do not know what other dealers charge.
Prairie Power Center is convenient for me being just a couple of mile away. Used to goto Hanely in Sun Prairie.
I would recommend Prairie Power Center to a friend.

I brought the trimmer in on Monday and was called on Friday saying it was done. Service was preformed in a timely manner.

I have been consistently pleased working with this business - whether it's a snowblower tuneup, mower tune-up, sharpening blades or getting parts for power tools. Reasonable prices and turnaround. Once when my snowblower wouldn't start (after a blizzard), a sales associate gave me tips over the phone to get it working! He really had (saved) my back !
