They have everything. They have a continuous program. They are constantly upgrading on their different programs. They have a lot of activities for you and for adults. They have a day care so I can take my kids there while I still on my work out. There's two things that they need to improve on. One is there should be new activities for ages 6 to 8.

I've been with them for years. They have an awesome facility and excellent trainers. It's a very clean environment. They always renovating and upgrading. They have a very friendly staff. Everything is positive.

I have been going there for about 4 years and she is amazing. She relieves my pain and loosens me up using deep massage. I believe she can do all types of massage and I give her all A's. I will use her again in the future.

I've been happy with the services that they provide. I've been a member (along with most of my family) for many years, at least 30. Because we've been members for so long, we have a low price. They're progressive, always changing and up-to-date. I take Tae-Kwan-Do there. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

The gym is pretty nice, they've added a lot of things within the last 5 or 6 years, so it doesn't really flow very well, but they have a lot of equipment and it's up-to-date.

It's a very good facility. Great people, I really enjoy it. Everyone is very helpful. I can't say enough about them, they have been very good to me.
