I didn't pay her anything as a separate fee. She was very up-front about the house. She didn't force us to buy a house, or even to look at her listings. She helped us feel comfortable. I found her to be very honest and clear about the quality of the house. I also recommended her to my two friends, and one of them bought a house with her. He was happy, too. She is very professional and honest.
