MULLER PLUMBING

Plumber was professional. Showed up as scheduled with all of the parts that he needed to complete the job. He charged as he had verbally estimated. The next day after installation, I had dripping under the right side bathroom sink from a compression fitting on a fixed copper connection between shutoff value and hot water faucet. I called the Muller plumbing about the leak, and reached an answering machine, and left a message about my concerns. Muller returned the call next day, leaving a message on my answering machine. We didn't connect on the phone for several days. In the meanwhile, I was able to stop the leaking by disconnecting the fitting, realigning the tube, and reconnecting the fitting. After that, the newly installed sink drain fittings were dripping under the sink because they did not have sufficient putty. I left a second message on the plumbers answering machine. Plumber returned my call and returned to the job at the agreed upon time to add putty to the leaky drain fittings. The final result was customer satisfaction with the job, and the products used by plumber. While the Plumber's truck had his name and phone number shown on door, I was not sure of his address.
