There have been two parts to my experience with Main Appliance that went into my overall rating.

First was the initial installation - everything went fine for this.  They were professional, fast, and nice.  Up until a few weeks ago, I would have said that I would use them again. 

Second was when my ice dispenser malfunctioned a few weeks ago leading to flooding in my kitchen (water poured out from the dispenser into my freezer and, when I opened the doors, had a rush of water go all over my kitchen since it was about 1/3 full of water by the time I discovered the problem).  When I contacted Main Appliance the next day, I learned that there is only a 90-day warranty, so, in addition to paying for the services to fix my floors, I will also have to pay to replace my dispenser again less than a year after it was already replaced. 

With that being said, I don't have anything to indicate that the issue was the fault of Main Appliance (it may have just been the product) which is why I went with an overall B rating.  However, given the limited warranty, I will be using a different company (with a more robust warranty) to get my ice dispenser fixed this time around.

It took 5 service calls and one appliance still doesn't operate as it should. The owner, Josh, has no customer service skills, and was very rude to me. The service people sent were all friendly, but one got super glue on the floor. They continually sent the wrong parts for the job. This was all warranty work, so I can't speak to their rates. They are the preferred provider for Brothers Main, so if you ever buy appliances there, call another repair service. Never use this repair service!

David called to let me know he'd be there a few minutes after the beginning of the 3 hour window.  He arrived when he promised, and very quickly diagnosed the issue as the clock.  He replaced the clock, and tested the oven.  I vacuumed behind it while the range was pulled out, but also wanted to clean more seriously, so he cheerfully pulled the range out again for me before he left.  I think he was only there 20-30 minutes.  I've used the oven at least half a dozen times, and it is working perfectly.

I called these folks because they were an authorized Electrolux provider.  Then I decided I was out of warranty so I started out dealing with them without Electrolux.
Josh came out and quickly stepped through troubleshooting to confirm the control panel on my dishwasher had failed.  Upon failing to convince me that it should be covered under warranty (he did try), he walked me through the likely costs and invited me to explore the main appliance store for other alternatives.   I paid the minimal fee and he was on his way.
I later reconsidered the unit's age and called Electrolux.  After talking with them, I learned the issue should be covered under warranty.  But Electrolux spent some time trying to talk me out of that after doing the numbers.  I spoke with Josh again who confirmed it should be under warranty according to their terms.  Josh was unavailable so another technician came out to do the phone conversation with Electrolux in front of the unit.  After he got through, he did the same routine of convincing the manufacturer, but eventually succeeded.  I presumed I'd be paying for this return visit, but these folks considered it all part of sorting through the initial issue.  (Win!)
They received the replacement control panel, scheduled a visit, and came out and installed it and verified its function.  Yep, I paid for that installation since I'm in the parts only period of my warranty.
Overall, they treated me more than fairly on time and labor billing and worked to convince both me and the manufacturer that I was looking at a warranty issue -- removing any further cost for me.  Great service!  Much appreciated.

Washing machine water pump had failed/noisey.

They confirmed diagnosis over the phone, and scheduled repair for the next day.

The tech arrived early (called first), had part ready, and completed repair in less than an hour.

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the issue was. He had the part on hand to repair. All told he was here for about 30-40 minutes and my dryer is fixed. Cost was minimal and work is guaranteed 90 days.

Josh was 3 hours late due to problems with a previous appointment, but he and his office were good about keeping in touch. He knew what the problem with the frig was, and disassembled the refrigeration unit in the back of the upper unit after I removed all the food. After clearing the ice, he put it back together, I paid, and he left. While reassembling, he noticed the hook-in shelves were going back in crooked, but it was clear he was in a hurry to get done, so he didn't take the time to investigate. The next morning I Investigated, and realized none of the screws in the back cover/shelf support were tight, nor even in the screw holes, as the whole cover was crooked and out of alignment. I removed all the food again and reassembled the cover and shelf support before reloading all the food again. I also cleaned off all the dirty smudges he had left from the day before. Based on other reviews, Josh clearly knows what he's doing. Obviously I caught him on a bad day. However, there is no excuse for poor service.

Purchased Electrolux cooktop for new house construction.
At time of purchase, vendor was going out of business but cooktop under warranty.
When installed, part was missing.
Called Electrolux service. 3 times they scheduled a repair, and 3 times repair service dd not show.
By this time, we'd had enough of Electrolux service.
We called Electrolux again.
1st CSR argued saying the stove was not under warranty.
2nd CSR flat out lied that she had already scheduled another service repair call.
She did have Greenway contact us.
Josh was the total professional, and managed thru our frustration.
He arranged to have new part delivered.
He even came on a Packer Sunday to make the repair. The stove has worked great since.
Josh got an additional endorsement when we learned that our W/D supplier had contracted with Greenway as their
in-house repair company.
We would absolutely do business with him again-can't say the same about Electrolux.

One person came out to diagnose and a different person came for the repair. It took about 20 -30 minutes to diagnose and they ordered a part. A week later it took another 30 minutes for the repair. I was very happy with the company.

It went very well. When I called them, they had a serviceman on the beltline and were able to be at my house within an half hour

and had it fixed within 5 minutes. He knew immediately what the problem was and had the part with him.
