Grant was great. He was very responsive to all emails and phone calls. His quotes came in significantly less than other providers of the same products. He came out a couple days before ordering the windows to make sure he had the correct measurements. They were very clean and punctual while installing the windows and trim. I will be calling him again when we decide to finish the windows in the future.

My new windows were measured incorrectly. Grant the owner of HLW remeasured my windows and his crew installed them. They did an excellent job.

I am not that happy with them. They were the sub-contractors for Pella and they did a horrible job. They did the job. It's just that they did a poor job. I wouldn't recommend them. They didn't do the job very well. They didn't caulk around the windows. They didn't set the base plate up. I had to call them back three times. It leaked in the windows. I would not use them again in the future.
