Green Prairie Cleaning

After several conversations with the owners, I was confident that they would honor their service statement and do a satisfactory job of cleaning my home. Unfortunately, upon the completion of this one and only cleaning they did for me, I was very disappointed at the 'cleaning' they provided. In addition, I was charged a 40% higher rate than what was initially quoted to me even though I gave them a top to bottom tour of my home and what was to be cleaned room by room. It took them four hours to clean my home and upon my inspection after they left, I noticed that the bathrooms were barely cleaned, the areas underneath appliances and devices were not dusted (although the areas around them were dusted), all the (brand new) windows they attempted to clean looked dirtier and completely streaky, none of the garbage was emptied, one of the rooms wasn't even touched...to name a few. I immediately contacted the owner via email and it was over a week before they responded. They were apologetic but did not offer to come back out to correct what they did. I was hopeful for giving a new cleaning service a try but they have a lot of work to do in regards to the quality of the cleanings (and best practices), how they estimate their cleaning fees, and their overall quality and responsiveness in their customer service. Unfortunately I will no longer be using their service nor making any recommendations to do so.
