Insurance Agencies
They have insured my house for 14 years now. This is my first big claim with them. I had a small claim about 7 years ago for minor hail damage. They sent their agent/adjuster out to look at it. She agreed that it was hail damage and she got a copy of the bid from the roofer. Then the insurance company sent put another agent that was there only to reject the claim. It was obvious to me that he was there for that. He was thorough but said the damage was not done from the hail damage because it is a big claim. He rejected it even though there was hail dimples in the aluminum siding. They are not a cheap company, but my premium is not bad. I wanted a good company so if I had a problem they would not hassle me or pull some shenanigans. I guess I made a mistake.
