FAIRWAY INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE

This review is in regard to the home corporate office. I was not satisfied with the job the local Fairway consultant had done; the rep failed to submit my mortgage application or lock in my interest rate in a timely manner and consequently I could not get the interest rate I felt I would have received had the documents been submitted as they should have been. I directed a detailed complaint (with attached documentation) to Mr. Janssen at the corporate office in WI via email. I had a direct response from Mr. Janssen in 10 minutes, assuring me he would review my case. In less than 24 hours Mr. Janssen had presented my complaint to the President of the company and Fairway Mortgage provided me with the lower interest rate on my mortgage that I felt I ought to have been locked into. AMAZING. The motto on the Fairway website states "We create raving fans by providing customer service that is legendary, not just satisfactory." I am now one of those raving fans. Despite being unhappy initially, I could not have asked for a faster or more fair resolution to my complaint than what I received. For this reason alone I would go back to Fairway again.
