 + -1 moreA great experience, thanks to Rick's expertise and communication style. I appreciated his throughness and attention to detail. The comprehensive inspection report I received a few days after the inspection was also very detailed and gave me the piece of mind I needed to move the sale forward.
Description of Work: A friend recommended Brass Tacks Home Inspection during the buying process of my first home back in May. I did some comparison shopping but found Brass Tacks to not only have slightly better pricing but also the most responsive and friendliest. Rick Jones (owner) returned my inquiry call quickly and was very pleasant to talk to. His schedule was very flexible and he worked around some time conflicts I had, which was nice. Rick showed up exactly on time to the inspection and immediately began walking me through the property, discussing his findings and making recommendations. He even took the time to address some child safety concerns as well as ideas as to how to make the house more "green." I thought that was great!
