Repaired drive wheels. Gave options to choose from based on least expensive to most expensive. Gave expert advice on the repairs based on age of mower. Went the least expensive route as mower is over 10 years old & other things will start to go wrong or break. Kevin was upfront with what could be done. He did the repairs within a day after dropping the mower off. Definitely would use him again.

Always fun to get this done (even though I need to drive my mower across town to get it serviced at Baker). I've been twice now over five or so years. I think this is a great deal for all the work you get done. Plus, the work is high quality.

My regular mower guy retired this year, and I wasn't sure where to go when the wheel of my mower fell off as I was starting to mow. I found Kevin on Angie's List, explained the problem, and he told me to bring it in and he'd see what he could do. He was able to locate the a bolt from an old riding mower that worked for my 20+ year old walk-behind mower, and he had it ready to go by the next morning. He even topped off the oil and blew out the air filter. He is responsive, very personable, and his shop is extremely well organized. This was one of the best customer-service experiences ever, and I plan to use him for regular mower and snowblower maintenance from now on.

Service was great! Kevin was prompt (done in 2 days) and went beyond what I expected. The mower hasn't looked this good in years. Kevin even filled the air in my car tires, since I had a blow-out on the way over. Would definitely recommend his service.

Picked up the snowblower on the day he said he would and delivered it back. The first snow fall we just had I went out, pulled out the choke , and it fired up on one pull and never missed a beat! Will always go back to Baker for all our small engine needs. Very nice person and he was very honest.

Provided annual service for our lawn mower and snow blower. As we were unable to get them to his shop, he picked them and and returned them for a very reasonable cost. When he returned our serviced items, he explained the proper maintenance and storage procedures which we did not know about. Also, they looked like new.
