Called early afternoon on Saturday, they came out just after 4pm discussed what needed to be done, gave us advise on other tree in yard, was extremely helpful and friendly. No pushy sales here! Came back first thing Monday morning and completed the work as promised, you would never know they were in my yard. Will definitely use them again.

Jeremy and his crew safely removed three dangerous old trees on my lot, plus trimmed and shaped a couple of others. One was a 220-year-old oak that was completely rotten and leaning over a neighbor's house. Another was a willow with a more than 4-foot diameter. A third was an dieing and brittle maple that was located near power lines. His crew was efficient, skilled, safety-conscious and well-equipped. They managed to get the maple down without having to disconnect the power lines by carefully sectioning and roping down the pieces. Since this was done in early spring with soft ground, they completely covered any lawn areas where they had to move equipment with plywood. They moved all the downed wood to one location where we will cut it up for firewood. All brush was chipped and delivered to another spot for us to use as mulch. They even provided my neighbors with some extra mulch when they asked. His crew removed all the loose chaff and even ran a leaf blower over the neighbor's roof to get rid of errant twigs. I had solicited competitive bids and his was a third to a half of the others--depending on the tree.
This is not your touchy feely arborist, but an experienced (family has been in the business for 25+ years) and competent tree specialist. He came highly recommended and I will highly recommend him.

After getting blown off by two of the bigger tree service companies upon mention that the job was small, I called Autumn's tree service and found I was speaking directly to the owner,  Jeremy McIntyre.  Jeremy was friendly and not put off by the small size of my job even though he is just as qualified as the bigger companies to do the bigger jobs.  He fit me in that day to stop by and give me an estimate and then again fit me into his other scheduled work to performed the work the next day.  He arrived with one helper and did the work quickly and efficiently with an eye for balance and  left my plum tree looking like a plum tree (rather than a giant bush) and made the steps to my deck usable again without the errant Walnut tree overgrowing it.  He advised me on maintaining the plum tree and getting some stump killer to use on the walnut stump.   Jeremy is very easy to talk to, did excellent work, was very reasonable in price and just a really nice guy.  Overall a really good experience and I have already recommended him to my sister for a larger job that she has.

Jeremy began the job on his own, but called in his brother about 1/2 way into the job. Both were hard working and got the job done quickly so as to not hold up my builder. They were clearly skilled at thier job and the end result was better than I expected.

I bought a 10 year old preforeclosure home that has an over grown yard and semi-mature trees which need attention. When I contacted Jeremy, he offered to come by my home the very next afternoon even though I was not going to be home. After he had walked the yard, Jeremy called me and discussed his assessment of the trees and bushes. He also left me a written estimate in my mailbox. It was a total estimate on my yard however (without my prompting) he also broke it down to what really needs attention now and what can wait to be done within a couple of years. The estimate was completely free of charge. We agreed that for this fall season my three birches and one maple tree needs lifting and shaping as well as an arborvitae that needs trimming and shaping away from the roof of my home. We also agreed on the price at this time. When the day came for the work to be completed, Jeremy and his brother arrived on time and were very efficient. Jeremy was friendly and knowledgable. He took the time to walk the yard with me prior to the work starting and answered my additional questions throuoghly. Jeremy even trimmed up the lower branches of my ash tree and trimmed a second arborvitae on the opposite side of my home that was just under the eve of the roof at no extra charge. They placed all waste at the curb and returned the next day to remove it. I plan on having Jeremy come back in the spring to tackle some of the other issues in my yard.
