hardwood floor
 + -1 moreWe needed our living room and hallway oak floor to be refinished after removing carpet. The floor was in average shape but the trick was to match the finish on the floors of the 3 bedrooms that I had refinished myself with the finish in the hallway and living room. Mike came and did an amazing job sanding the floor and refinishing with an oil polyurethane (satin finish). It took two days to complete but we were able to walk on the floor each day within a couple hours of Mike being here. The clean up was amazing and there was hardly any dust anywhere. He was incredibly professional and took the time to answer questions. Also, he even filled in the holes the previous owner had put in the floor all over the place trying to bring a cable cord up to his TV. He put in wood dowels and they look great! No more irritating holes!!
Description of Work: About 260 square feet of oak hardwoods were sanded, refinished, and stained with an oil based polyurethane. The work was done over 2 days and was immaculate.
