When we started to consider a kitchen remodel (also powder room and mud room), BAGM was not in our thoughts as they are newer to the Oshkosh area.  At the suggestion of our designer, we had them bid our granite.  Our kitchen alone was four slabs, so this was a pretty big project.  Their pricing was very competitive, however, their reviews are what won us over.  Any company can sell granite, but the install and overall experience are what makes (or breaks) a company.Robin in the Appleton office was our first contact.  She was very helpful when looking at granite, even though we had not yet committed to BAGM.  Their selection was very good, and we committed before we left.  The communication throughout the process was outstanding.  We traveled to their main showroom to see our slabs, and this was a pleasing process.  We made slight changes to the layout, and they we very accommodating to my requests.On installation day, Eric, David and Paul were spectacular.  They were respectful of our home, very competent on the install, and quelled any concern which I had.  The install lasted much longer than originally anticipated, and they rolled with it and simply took their time to ensure everything was installed correctly.Finally, when they packed up, they did an amazing job in cleaning everything.  They swept, wiped down, and left my home as good as they found it.FInally....The granite.  OUTSTANDING look, install and product.Anyone can sell granite.  Be sure to get the best install possible, and go with a company that offers a superior product and outstanding service.  BAGM is such a company, and we will be using them for future installs of four more bathrooms in the coming years!

They were very helpful, and positive in making suggestions, and coming up with a solution that worked for us.

Salesperson was prompt and courteous. However, he and the person doing the measuring and quot;Neglected??and quot; To mention that they could not and would not put the seam at the sink (thus a 3and quot; seam)....as I requested but instead the seam would be around the corner and 24and quot; wide. Since granite has patterns, that seam is now very obvious. The installers were fabulous and did an excellent job but they couldn't disguise that seam.

The service and installation was great. They did come later than we scheduled. I called an promptly things were taken care of. The owner even came to see how things were progressing during the installation. The granite is just beautiful and my kitchen in gorgeous!! Can't beat the price, too. Had estimates for the same granite from 3 other companies and they had them all beat hands down. Had a small problem with the sink and the came back pronto and took care of it. Would use them again. Have more projects in my 19 year old house that they will certainly be called in to do.
