NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I will never use this guy again nor would I ever recommend him to my worst enemy. I took two storm windows in to have the glass replaced and he gave me a quote. I was told the windows would be done the next day, and was given a time to come pick them up. I showed up at the time and there was nobody there. I came back a half hour later and still nobody there. I made several phone calls and trips back to the business over the next couple of weeks and did not find anyone there during business hours nor did anyone answer the phone. I left several messages on the phone and notes on the door and the guy never called. Finally today (1 month later) I was able to reach the guy. He said "Oh I got your messages and was just about to call you". I picked the windows up and expressed my frustrations. The guy never once apologized and was rude! The guy did a terrible job and used caulk to hold the glass in place instead of the original or replacement rubber. Please do not waste your time with this guy!
