Description of Work: I have called numerous times and get a message that he doesn't have voice mail set up. I have sent emails to which he doesn't respond.

 + 0 moreRay used gloves when taking out the weights and pendulum. He removed the clock hands and face and inspected and oiled points of contacts. Also along the way, he educated me in the art of clocks and what type my mechnisim was.
Description of Work: Moved to Sturtevant and with me was my mothers Grandfather Clock. After the long move from ILL to WI (65 miles) I wanted to ensure the clock was in working condition. I called Ray and he educated me on the service performed and advise on the limitations he can perferm in my home. Ray was AMAZING. He kept me informed the whole time, found a few issues with the clock and provided me some options. I was so impressed with Ray that I gave him my Grandmothers Cuckoo clock to be serviced, It had a missing number 1 on the face and the Cuckoo didn't come out of the hole, as well as the door had fallen off and the weight hook was broken. Ray took it with him and will call once completed. If you need your clocks cleaned or repaired, I would suggest giving Ray a call.
