The fence posts were not dug deep enough and the fence heaved over after the first winter.
We had Ryan come back and reset the posts and cut in a new gate.
The fence heaved over again (his worker actually argued with me about City of Milwaukee code re depth of fence posts).
The gate Ryan put in, them tried to fix, sags so badly it is pretty much unusable.
As to materials, I drove Ryan to a neighbor's fence for the quality and style of fencing I wanted. He got the style right, it is similar, but he used a much much cheaper grade of wood and used preformed panels rather than a custom build.
Our last fence lasted over 15 years and we replaced because of other work we were doing. The fence Ryan put up as Perfection Landscape looks like crap, leaning and sagging, and has done so from the first winter, even after he attempted repairs. A polite guy, prompt, but he cut corners on quality and workmanship. We already need a new fence just a few years after this was installed.

They did an excellent job. Ryan listened to what we wanted and did it beautifully. He did it on time and for a fair price.

Over a 10 year period, this company did all of the design and planting in our front and back yards. Blue spruce, birch, lilacs, arborvitae, decorative rocks and various flowering perennials. All of the work was done to our satisfaction, and cleanup was performed. Several times, neighbors stopped and asked us who did the landscaping and ended up using Perfection as well. This is a small company that works hard to please their customers.

We are satisfied with the work performed and the end result.
