Here is what I emailed them. Photos not included here. Here's what you did to my yard and my neighbors yard. Drive on top of my yard border. You'll see the tire tracks that I guarantee match your machine. They are not level anymore. Spun tires in the mud. You'll see the width of the mud will match the width of your machine. Broke a yard light. Chunks, not plugs, of grass thrown about from being too wet that day. And the gentlemen used MY gas when his machine ran out. All this after a huge problem last year where I was refunded 50% and told I would get a free service this year, which I didn't get. You seriously need to revaluate your company model. I don't even know what to say, but I have more yard work now then before your service arrived. Thanks.

They fertilize my property 5 times a year. Sometimes I'm very pleased, other times I'm not. This year hasn't gone as well as prior years. It depends on the people they hire. Apparently, There is a high turn over rate. But have always used them so continue too.

I have been out here for 13 years and I have used them for 13 years.

They're great, everything looks great.  No dandelions, no weeds, no nothing.   They do a nice job.  We've had them for fifteen years.

We requested lawn service for the season. The application of the lawn fertilizer and weed control went well and everything was handled professionally. We have already seen a great improvement in our lawn and received compliments.

My lawn has never looked better. I renewed the contract for this year.

They showed up did what they needed to do on time .

They were fine. I'm going to use them again this year because it's the same price. I think they are fair with their prices. They came and did exactly what they were going to do. They called ahead of time.

Although we have used NatureScape for many years (at least 13, maybe more) We haven't gone through the Sturtevant location. Ours has been through the Muskego office. They are all the managed same company. I get a 5 application service that starts in the Spring and ends by late Fall.
If there every is an issue with weed control or some other type of lawn care problem all I do is call and they are usually out the next day. I have reserched other services over the years and keep coming back to NatureScape. They seem to have the best overall packages to meet the needs of a variety of lawn care needs.

It was fine. The price was reasonable. They were one of the cheaper ones. We didn't ask for much and we didn't see them much, but it was fine. They were good to work with. They set when they were going to come so I didn't set appointments with them. I believe we are going to use them again this year.

We were dissatisfied with the results in 2012. We realize there was a drought, and our lawn looked terrible throughout the summer. We accepted an awful looking lawn as being outside control of NatureScape. When neighbors lawns began to recover from the drought and our lawn did not recover, we were disappointed. We waited and waited for the lawn to improve. When we looked close at the lawn we realized we didn't just have brown spots from a drought, we had lots of weeds that should not be there, all over the lawn. We had bare spots. Weeds along the edge of driveway, sidewalk and flowerbeds made us realize that the chemicals had been applied sloppily throughout the season. Or, maybe the chemicals were poor quality, or not the proper formulation for our lawn? There is really no excuse for weeds and dandelions at edge of lawn after 7 years of treatment. In addition, we have always had weeds along the fence line. We didn't care as much about the backyard, but really, this is not something we should have to point out to the servicer.
When we were called that they were coming for the September application, I asked that the servicer come to the door, so that my husband could walk through the lawn with him. The servicer did not do this. When my husband realized the servicer was treating the lawn, husband went out and spoke to the servicer and pointed out the problem areas. Servicer claimed he did not know he was supposed to knock on door. (When I phoned the office later I was told that it would normally be the servicer who calls to confirm the appointment on the evening before. So why did this guy not know to ring the doorbell, if it was him that I spoke with?) Interestingly, those weedy areas that were treated when my husband pointed them out, almost immediately showed signs of dying weeds. Why did we have to ask for this kind of application? Isn't this what we had paid for? It is unfortunate that I didn't complain earlier in the season. By the time we realized we were as dissatisfied as we were, we were not willing to give NatureScape a chance to do a better job. I have hired another service for next year.

I thought they did what they said they were going to do. They were really good about punctuality, being here when they said they would. The lawn treatments worked, our grass looked good and we sold our house!

We really enjoyed them. The prices were great compared to other places. Their service is great too. We have been very happy. If something is still a little weedy, they will come back and spray again without any questions. The customer service has also been wonderful. We are definitely pleased with them.They were half the price of another reputable company so we were able to do both rentals. They always mark everything and send us a bill because we aren't there.

They did a pretty good job. They sprayed for the entire summer for $150. They do a good job mowing, and call me every Friday to verify if my yard needs to be mowed the following week. They also do a good job spraying for mosquitoes in my yard - I don't know whether it's the spray or the dry weather, but I've noticed a marked reduction in mosquitoes since last summer.

I heard about them from a neighbor. They were prompt and very courteous. They used an aeration machine that did a good job. I will continue to use them in the future.
