Floortech of Racine

Floortech installed ~1100sqft of carpeting in our house over the last three months and they have been very pleasant to work with. Randy, our sales rep, was knowledgeable of their products and from the start, knew exactly what we were looking for amongst their huge selection. He aimed to inform us of our options, explore the pricing (which was clearly explained), without any pressure to buy. I had hired with Empire last year for our laminate flooring and wished that I visited Floortech first because it was apparent we would have had a larger selection (and higher quality) to choose from and we would have saved a lot of cash. My wife joked (I think) that we get the laminate replaced by Floortech. Steve Jansen and his son -- both Sturtevant residents; Steve is the village president -- installed our carpet and both were very nice, but focused on and driven to completing the job quickly and professionally. I appreciated the work they did so much, I requested Steve back for the remainder of our install today. I would absolutely recommend Floortech, and I will be inviting them back for the flooring install in my basement once that is completed.
